Sommerfeld's South Store Policies

We try to service everything we sell.  More often than not, the manufacturer prefers for either the customer or the dealer to send any defective item back to them for exchange or repair.  With every order, you will get an authorized receipt for any warranty claim that may arise.  The terms and conditions of the original manufacturers warranty apply, and it will be noted if any item sold is out of warranty.

All items are packed and shipped with the utmost care to prevent damage.  On occassion, breakage can occur.  We will handle all claims on your behalf.
